Sir I have a question I am 23 year old female and my height is 5feet 8 inches , in 2020 I have lost approximately 20 kg of weight but the one problem is that I don't know how to measure food and due to excessive weight loss my metabolism also slowed down.i am dealing with weight fluctuations now a days.i want to built a Lean And muscular body can you suggest me some tricks to increase metabolism and weight management.

Atleast 50% calories must be carbs ... , 30% protein, 20% fats ... This the balance diet . Carbs are brains and muscles primary food , I don't understand why people completely cut it out .. .. CALORIE DEFECT CUTS FAT , NOT AVOIDING CARBS .

🤨 To feel full, you need complex carbohydrates. Fruits are very good for our health primarily due to its rich vitamins. Fruits are the foods which are extremely easy to digest except a very few.
But if i want to eat masala nuts why would i have watermelon? If i am going for fat loss I'd avoid those food anyways. Example toh dhag se se
eat all the watermelon you want, very less calories and then you go pee and 10 minutes later you’re hungry again 🙂🙂

um sir yes , those are facts , shouldnt ther be a disclamer that those food swaps arent for all? we still be compromising our cravings ! and not to mention worst for ed. always eat in correct quantities , have a cheat days , and and and most importantly add stuff than substract , a small bowl of fruits with icecreams , ramen with tofu and veggies. and sometimes just that ramen! enjoy life , its too short to compromise
